Bluestone Lane opens a new cafe in Hudson Yards, just a stones throw away from the Vessel and an incredible shopping center. Well worth the visit for a flat white and avocado smash.

Bluestone Lane Water Street

Bluestone Lane are an Australian coffee shop based in New York, and they just opened their 13th location on Water Street in the Financial District. It is always a pleasure to document their beautifully designed stores and drink some of their hand crafted espresso drinks. This time I sampled the new "Beet" latte, and was pleasantly surprised by its sweetness.

Their newest location is inside the "Church of Heavenly Rest" on the Upper East Side (90th and 5th) and the space is incredible, designed by Julia Sullivan of Caswell Design.
