Drone Photographer in Westchester, New York

As a certified drone pilot, I’m always looking for more ways to use my new Part 107 license. Documenting this new college campus for Iona is a great opportunity to fly my DJI Mavic Air 2s over the Bronxville campus in Westchester, New York. Drone Photography is just another great way to document new angles for clients and flying my drone brings me back to my childhood love of remote control cars.

Spare Food Co at The Parlor

The guys at Spare Food were kind enough to ask me to document their lunch at The Parlor. It was Chef Adam that recommended this incredible Westcheser Pizza joint back when I used to work with Stone Barns.

If you want to try some Spare Food Tonic, give these flavors a try at Decicco or Fresh Direct - Lemon & Ginger. Cucumber & Lime. Blueberry & Ginger. Peach & Turmeric.

Ariel Drone shots in Westchester, New York

I’ve wanted to include drone photography as a service from my business for a long time. Honestly for many years the drones available weren’t shooting the quality of image I’ve wanted to deliver to my client and the cost of entry was too high. Rarely do single jobs have the budget for an allocated drone pilot or the additional time and resources that are needed for Ariel photography.

Here are a few shots from my garden when the snow was still on the ground. It’s pretty amazing to get such a small and versatile 12 megapixel camera so high in the air. For now I’ll be bringing this along to some of my outdoor jobs and hoping to get my FAA regulation pilots license and more experience flying my DJI Drone.

Jason at Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture

Recently Jason asked me for some images of him on the farm and I knew I could find a few from the past 5 years of photographing at Stone Barns. Jason has been one of the nicest people every time I’ve visited Stone Barns, always welcoming me and taking the time to check that I was doing ok. I miss working there, but I’m glad to have reconnected with him for these images.
